DELIVERY POLICY

1. Product delivery methods

Complete through Vinobeer's delivery team and freight service provider.

 

  2. Estimated delivery time:

2.1. For orders within Ho Chi Minh City: Within 01 (One) - 02 (Two) working days from the date of closing the order or as otherwise agreed between the parties; For orders placed before 12PM, will be shipped the same day or other time as agreed by the parties; For orders that are closed after 12PM, they will be shipped to the next day or another time as agreed by the parties.

2.2. For orders located outside Ho Chi Minh City: Within 03 (three) to 05 (five) working days from the date of closing the order or as otherwise agreed between the parties.

2.3. However, there are also cases where the delivery takes longer but only in the event of Force Majeure, or the following cases:

• Unable to contact the Customer to deliver the Product;

• The delivery address of the Products provided by the Customer is incorrect or too difficult to find;

• Suppliers deliver Products to Vinobeer later than expected or Vinobeer's orders spike, causing slow processing of orders.

 

Note:

- In case there is a delay in the delivery of Products, Vinobeer will timely inform the Customer and create an opportunity for the Customer to cancel the order if desired;

- Force majeure event is an event that occurs objectively, which cannot be foreseen and cannot be remedied even though all necessary and permissible measures have been applied. Force majeure events include but are not limited to: Decision of the Government or competent authority, war, riot, rebellion, epidemic, natural disaster, fire, road flooding or any other event have similar properties.

 

   3. Product delivery fee

3.1. Free delivery within a radius of 5km from the office address at 18-20 Tran Quang Long, Ward 19, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

3.2. Other orders: Depending on the order and product, the delivery fee will be different.
