Daughter of François Gros, Anne received one of the many estates from the estate of Louis Gros (1951). She arrived at the family estate of Vosne-Romanée in 1984 to assist her father, then she continued on her own from 1995.

It is based on a wine-growing heritage made up of very beautiful vines located in Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée or even Clos de Vougeot (93 ares). Note that all the cuvées of the estate come from a plot of a single tenant.

The cultivation of the vine on the one hand, which combines the work of the soil and the use of few treatments (reasoned control), the vinification and the breeding on the other hand, which are very classic with the use of a high proportion of new oak barrels, all associated with the talent of Anne Gros, explain the worldwide success that has come to reward her. The estate gives birth to very classic wines, quite austere in their early youth but built for a very long cellaring.

This is one of the landmarks for the Burgundy Crémants. It represents a new challenge for Anne Gros: the grapes are selected throughout Burgundy, from the Côte de Nuits in the north, to the Côte Chalonnaise in the south, from predominantly calcareous soils, which results in an extraordinarily mineral crémant.

The cuvée used, composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté, creates a perfect balance of freshness, given by the Aligoté, softness, thanks to Pinot Noir and creaminess due to the presence of Chardonnay.

Brilliant and juicy, on the nose with notes of apricot, citrus, white flowers, pastry, brioche and chalky nuances. Satisfying and vibrant on the palate, complexity and freshness are present, pure but refined. Very long persistence.
