Since 1994 Stéphane and Lucie Donze have been operating a property of 11 Hectares located on the right bank of Bordeaux. In the Côtes de Bourg appellation they offer us some of the most prestigious wines. The domain is in green harvest with a natural grass cover of the soils certified HVE3 (high environmental value)
80% Merlot - 20% Malbec
The wines of Chateau Martinat are characterized by scents of red fruits, the tannins are ripe and silky, and the slight woody aromas are subtlety melt with an elegant and powerful body.

Steak, especially richer steak dishes such as tournedos rossini. Posh burgers. Japanese style steak dishes. Roast duck, even Chinese style, crispy duck pancakes. Also good with game birds such as duck, partridge and pheasant and with dishes that include mushrooms and truffles. Hard sheep cheeses.
