“Chemin de Moscou” is named after the “Nom Cadastral” (land registry name) of the vineyards around our winery in the village of Brugairolles. The road leading to these vineyards is called “Chemin de Moscou”, the “Road to Moscow”
72% Syrah, 22% Grenache, 6% Cinsault
Deep purple, almost opaque in color with an expressive nose of black fruits, pepper, cinnamon, spice and violets. A seductive palate of dark hedgerow fruits, very open and welcoming with an explosion of fruit and spice. Mineral undertones.
Low-yielding vines, hand-picked, hand graded selection, Berry selection and destemmed. Traditional vinification with 2 weeks post-fermentation maceration, 21 months in French oak.
Roast beef, Beef bourguignon, Cep Risotto, Lamb, strong cheeses.
